The Eastern-Strait Regional Enterprise Network (“ESREN”) is seeking proposals to complete an Environmental Scan, Asset Inventory and develop an Regional Profile for its economic region, which is comprised of the Towns of Antigonish and Port Hawkesbury, and the Municipalities of Antigonish, Guysborough and St. Mary’s.
