Subdivision applications, in the Municipality of the County of Antigonish, will be now be accepted at the offices of the Eastern District Planning Commission in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia, at the following address:

Please forward all documentation to the above address, together with a cheque, in the amount of $285.20, for processing under the new Land Registration System ($200.00 processing fee; $85.20 for registering the document) , or, $359.70 for processing under the traditional Registry of Deeds system ($200.00 processing fee; $159.70 for registering the document).

Please be advised that Plans of Subdivision in excess of 5 lots will be charged an additional processing fee of $25.00 per lot.

Please make cheques payable to the Eastern District Planning Commission to cover the processing fees. For all fees pertaining to the registering of documents, please make cheques payable to the Registry of Deeds
