Residents should receive their assessment notice from Property Valuation Services Corporation (PVSC) in mid-January. When you receive your assessment notice it is your responsibility to:
- Review the information to ensure you understand your current property assessment.
- If you do not feel that your assessment is a reasonable estimate of market value two years prior to the date of your notice, you can appeal your assessment. A detachable appeal form is on the front of your notice.
- Please contact PVSC (1-800-380-7775) if you have any questions about your assessment or if you’re considering filing an appeal.
PLEASE NOTE – If you have any questions or concerns about your assessment you must call PVSC. The Municipal Office CANNOT assist with your notice of assessment.
