The following materials will be accepted for disposal, reuse, recycling or composting, separately, at the appropriate designated area as follows: |

| Clean Concrete | $45/tonne |
| Clean Construction & Demolition (C&D) Debris | $50/tonne |
| Compostable Organic Material (IC&I Sector only) | $55/tonne |
| Construction & Demolition (C&D) Debris | $75/tonne |
| Contaminated Soil | $45/tonne |
| Leaf & Yard Waste (organic material only) | $55/tonne |
| Mixed Loads | $110/tonne |
| Recyclables | $45/tonne |
| Refuse/Garbage | $100/tonne |
| Scrap Metal & White Goods | $45/tonne |
| Tires | $45/tonne |
