Antigonish County Business Park

The Antigonish County Light Industrial / Business Park is located approximately eight kilometers east of the Town of Antigonish on the Trans-Canada Highway (TCH) 104 at Lower South River, just one kilometer east of the junction of Highway 316 and the TCH 104. The park is located just 55 kilometers west of the Strait of Canso and the Canso Causeway which links Cape Breton Island to mainland Nova Scotia. It is approximately 215 kilometers from the Marine Atlantic ferry terminal at North Sydney, NS which links Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador, 230 kilometers from the Nova Scotia – New Brunswick border via TCH 104, and 75 kilometers from the Northumberland Ferries terminal at Caribou (Pictou), NS which links Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

The park is administered by the Antigonish County Industrial Commission.

All land not currently sold in the park is owned by the Municipality of the County of Antigonish.
